How to Ship Items to Africa Projects

Instructions
If items
are shipped incorrectly, the ministry can be charged substantial duty
fees. Please follow the directions below closely. Prior to shipment, please
email us at
sondraberryyoung@hotmail.com and let us know that you are sending
a shipment so that we can advise you of any changes to the procedures below.
Notice that
there are two primary shipping addresses, as mentioned below. Additionally,
there are two different methods for shipment. M bag for shipments of tapes,
books and tracts, and surface mail for the other items.

NOT ship any items to our U.S. address. All items should be shipped directly
to South Africa. Following are the two addresses to use:

M Bag
Shipments
M Bag can
only be used for books, tapes, literature or tracts. It is a less expensive
method of shipment.
M Bag
Address
When Mailing more than 16 pounds of books, tapes, literature or tracts,
send them directly overseas in an "M Bag" to:

M Bag Instrucions
- Please go to your neighborhood post office and request 1 M Bag with
address tag for name and address. Be specific. This will only run approximately
$1 a pound to mail and save lots of money.
- Remove any price tags please.
- Secure books in a box with heavy duty tape.
- Please address to whom mailing as well as return address on each box.
- Also Label each box in the M Bag "Samples, no material value, for
church
- work only, not for resale". Do this in addition to label connected
to M Bag.
- Do not put more then 68 pounds in one bag.
- Take to local post office. We will get your shipment 8-12 weeks later.
Surface Mail/Boat
You can send items via surface mail through your local post office. Please
email us at sondraberryyoung@hotmail.com
for specific instructions.
